Our company, SZAM SPED Kft., provides comprehensive freight forwarding services to its clients. Our goal is to ensure that our partners can rely on us to transport their full or partial loads by road, water, and air. Through continuous communication, rapid information flow, and dedicated contact persons, we work to provide our clients with predictable and precise freight forwarding services.Although we have been involved in domestic and international freight forwarding for more than 10 years, completing 20,000 transport assignments annually and supplying multinational companies such as Heineken, Coca Cola, DS Smith Packaging, Omya and Wienerberger, we still prefer a cautious approach to making big promises.
The story begins in 2012, when Mónika Szerencsiné Agócs, with 20 years of logistics experience in the multinational and SME sectors, realized her long-held dream and founded SZAM SPED Kft. The standards set in stone at that time, such as fair business conduct, love and support for colleagues, and humble and professional work towards clients, remained the fundamental principles of the company even during its continuous growth.

SZAM SPED Kft. started out like any other small business in Hungary. With few resources and opportunities, but with even greater ambition.
From the very beginning, we have strived to serve our partners with a level of quality that exceeds market standards, even if it means sacrificing short-term profits, thereby earning their trust and laying the foundation for long-term cooperation.
As the business grew, we realized that, in addition to hard work and humility, efficient processes were also necessary to maintain growth.
We were pioneers in introducing our own corporate management system, ahead of other small businesses in the sector, which greatly contributed to our efficient operation and enabled us to work with several large clients. At the same time, we began to invest heavily in training our colleagues, who are the foundation of our success.
Our company currently handles an average of 80 transport assignments with the help of five transport coordinators, 15 of our own vehicles, and numerous subcontractors.
Our processes have been operating stably and reliably for a long time, and are audited annually in accordance with the ISO9011 standard. Our highly qualified and continuously trained colleagues guarantee that we can serve the most diverse customer needs with forward thinking and effective solutions.
Innovation and the use of environmentally friendly solutions are increasingly expected in the transport sector. We strive to meet all of these expectations.
By continuously replacing our vehicle fleet, we ensure the lowest possible emissions during our operations. We are constantly working on developing and searching for market solutions that meet today's IT requirements and provide added value to our clients.
The Finance Department, Management and HR are located at the Hajdúszoboszló site of SZAM SPED Kft. We work with our own payroll accountants, bookkeepers and finance colleagues to ensure that there are no disruptions in the area of administration. Our colleagues working in this office can provide the most effective assistance with outgoing and incoming invoices and transport documents.
Our office in Nagykáta employs transport coordinators, freight forwarders, sales representatives, and staff responsible for the administration of daily tasks. This is where our drivers come in, and where most of our operational meetings take place. Our colleagues working here are best placed to help you with transport tasks and other requests.
Our company is capable of performing freight forwarding tasks both domestically and within the European Union, but of course there are areas where we feel particularly at home. Domestically, we have significant capacity primarily in the western and central parts of the country, and we also handle smaller transport volumes from the eastern region. Internationally, we are most active in Slovakia, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Romania, but we also handle several shipping tasks in Germany and the BENELUX countries.
